NUSI Collective Bargaining Agreements for the benefit of Ratings and Petty Officers
NUSI is a strong believer in Collective Bargaining Agreements. For decades, NUSI is
signing the National Maritime Board – India (NMB(I)) agreement for Indian flag and the
ITF approved agreement for foreign flag ships generating employment for thousands of
our seafarers. It is a fact that all seafarers are aware that only when they work on NUSI
agreements - there is more security, wages and the best terms and conditions.
